  • Please Note:

    • Actual product colours and fluid resin swirls may vary slightly depending on your screen or device display settings.

    • Because our products are entirely handcrafted and artisanal, minor variations in colour shades, textures, tiny bubbles, or finishes are natural and make each piece uniquely yours.

    • Product availability may change without prior notice.

    • We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

3. Product Purchase Terms

When you place an order through our website:

  • You are responsible for carefully reviewing your order details before completing the purchase.

  • An order is subject to acceptance and material/inventory availability.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

6. Order Confirmation

  • An order confirmation does not guarantee availability if an unforeseen studio inventory or technical issue arises.

  • If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you promptly and process the applicable refund.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched or before custom resin work begins.

  • Once a custom-made resin piece is under production or an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Casa ManoMano may also cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer info, or suspected fraudulent activity. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per our policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (custom or personalized resin pieces may require additional curing and preparation time).

9. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

  • Eligible non-custom products may be returned or replaced within the applicable return period and subject to the conditions specified in our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

  • Personalized or custom-made resin items (such as bespoke nameplates or custom color trays) generally cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct names, delivery addresses, emails, and phone numbers.

  • Reviewing product dimensions and care instructions before ordering.

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive fragile shipments where required.

  • Inspecting products immediately after delivery and reporting any transit damage with unboxing proof within the specified timeframe.

11. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for ensuring that imported items comply with local laws.
